Built in 1935, 47 Ann Street is a mid-rise residential elevator building consisting of 7 stories and 30,000 square feet. Metro Loft converted it from commercial loft use into 12 large, loft-style homes featuring high ceilings, exposed brick walls and hardwood floors.
