Construction has commenced at the former Pfizer Headquarters located at 219 – 235 East 42nd Street. The project will total 1.3 Million Square feet and house approximately 1600 luxury rental apartments. This includes plans for a 21 – Story addition atop 219 East 42nd Street, which currently stands at 10 Stories tall. Upon completion, this will be New York City’s largest office to residential conversion to date.
