Renovated by Metro Loft 2002, 135 Williams Street is a 16-story, 60,000 square foot residential building that was converted from commercial use into 30 loft-style rental apartments. It was erected in 1904 and designed by Bruce Price, an influential architect of the era. The building also contains a retail component.
